Description
Bringing together UoB's expertise in agricultural production (Takahashi), human nutrition (Papadaki) and experimental psychology (Brunstrom) and working with the university's Estates Office (Sustainability Department) and Residential & Hospitality Services Division, this research aims to measure, and thereby improve, environmental and health performances of UoB's catering services.
