Description
Freezing of gait (FOG) is a debilitating symptom affecting individuals with moderate to advanced Parkinson’s disease (PD). The impact of PD medications on FOG remains a topic of debate in the clinical literature, often referred to as the levodopa paradox. This study offers valuable insights into the ongoing discussion by exploring the association between slow-release medications and the risk of developing FOG in PD patients.
