Description
DECIDE’s aim is to co-create a digital Hub solution to enable a UK Circular Food System in the context of the apple sector.
Daniel leads WP2a which maps the supply chain and their impacts.
At BVS, we are exploring the integration of the apple supply chain with the livestock sector by investigating, among other approaches, the use of apple pomace as a feed source for dairy cattle.
