Co-designing and Broadening the Scope of Grief and Baby Loss Booklet

Funded by the Participatory Research Fund (Research England), we will work with charities, bereaved parents and medical professionals to finalise our baby loss and grief booklet. Focus-group feedback demonstrated that the booklet is an appropriate and valued resource but needs expansion to cover areas like miscarriage, the death of twin(s)/triplet(s), and terminating a pregnancy for medical reasons (TFMR). We will integrate these ideas into the booklet in collaboration with focus-group participants. We will also run three further focus groups targeting underrepresented groups, people affected by TFMR, and people affected by miscarriage. This will ensure the booklet has significant lasting impact as a key resource in this area.
