ConnectED: Connecting Evidence to Decision Making

The ConnectED project aims to establish sustainable partnerships between social care practitioners, researchers and service users and carers, in three local authorities and two key providers of social care services in the South West of England. It will then evaluate and generalise "what works". The structure of the partnerships aims to improve the effectiveness of decision-making in social care by embedding access to research, and the routine use of research, in the decisions of those who plan, commission and deliver social care.

ConnectED is a project that aims to help decision-makers in Adult Social Care make better decisions by growing their ability to use research.
