Layman's description

This study will work with the Bangladeshi community in Bristol to coproduce culturally competent communication skills scenarios for the teaching and training of Health Professionals including dental and medical professionals. We will collect stories of people's experiences of oral and physical health, and their experiences of going to the dentist and doctor to produce scenarios that are relevant to, and capture the real lived experiences of communities. It is hoped that we can apply the lessons from this pilot study to working with other community and patient groups to improve our training of future health care professionals and service delivery.
