Description

The purpose of this research is to examine how leaders and those who aspire to become leaders in English education and health service organisations seek and experience support for their development in their leadership role and learn to act as agents of change. It is a collaborative project, being undertaken by an experienced multidisciplinary team from the Universities of Bath, Cardiff and Bristol. The study is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (Award No RES-000-23-1136).
