To enable transition to net zero society, we in the UK must fully refurbish our housing stock, which in its majority is poorly constructed and hardly insulated. To help push this agenda forward, the UK government has launched several schemes (e.g., Green Homes Grants, etc.). However, many householders have neither the skills, time, nor the knowledge to access the available funding and to plan and undertake the necessary retrofitting activates for their homes. This is particularly true for those in energy poverty. This project will explore a software-supported systems integration solution to address this challenge.
