Enhancing the Research Experience for Mature PGRs: Methods for curating empowerment, collaboration and a culture of valuing diverse experiences

This project aims to develop and implement a comprehensive suite of resources for mature postgraduate research (PGR) students at the University of Bristol (UoB). Grounded in data from previous projects and designed for usability the project will focus on creating permanent resources which can be used by PGR, academic, and professional services teams to intervene in and address the unique challenges faced by mature PGR students. Working closely with the BDC, careers service, and disability teams, the key objective is to ensure the resources are easily replicable and transferable across the university, thereby ensuring long-term impact and continuity.
