Project Details

Description

Under the auspices of the School for Policy Studies, an Inter-Faculty Working Group on Gender and Violence was established at Bristol earlier this year, to build on this existing centre of excellence. This new group aims to broaden the debate beyond the domestic arena to include gender violence more broadly and also to draw on a wider range of disciplinary expertise. Accordingly, it includes specialists from within the Faculties of Law, Medicine and Social Sciences. As part of this initiative a seminar series will take place on this theme.
