Description
This project initially aims to investigate the role of genetic mechanisms in explaining the associations between parental and child mental health. Several cohorts have been identified that have relevant genetic and phenotypic data available. Research visits are planned to a number of these cohorts to develop infrastructure (e.g. template analysis scripts and analysis plans/SOPs) that can be adapted for future projects, and to discuss future collaborations and research plans.
