Project Details
Description
Daly River Nauiyu Community, located 224 km south of Darwin, is a small community (approximately 450, mostly Aboriginal people) nestled alongside the elegant and abundant Daly River, Northern Territory, Australia. The traditional owners of the land are the Malak Malak people and the main language spoken is Ngungi Kurunggurr (http://www.darwin.catholic.org.au/aboriginal-communities/sub-nauiyu.htm). This project explores the school as a complex living system. It applies the ideas of learning power as prototyping interventions for community, leadership, teachers and students.
