Description
The research explores the life of Jenny Moore/Robert Coulthard.
Jenny lived in early 1900’s as an outsider both in terms of gender representation and The legal system. The research will lead to a performance by Tom Marshman.
Research questions:
· -What are the intersections of living outside the law and living outside of conventual gender presentations?
· How can we talk about what we would called trans lives today when we are examining a story from over 100 years ago?
· How can we present a transgressive life as a metaphor- a magpie?
