Description
I was a research assistant working on three chapters for Chitty on Contracts (34th ed).
My role predominantly involved researching and summarising new cases and suggesting if and where they should be included within the chapters. I worked on Chapter 4 - The Agreement, Chapter 10 - Duress and Undue Influence and Chapter 30 - Action for an Agreed Sum, Specific Performance and Injunction.
The research assistantship was funded by Merton College Oxford.
