My research aims to explore global talent mobility in the creation of competitive advantage for Fintech firms. For this, I want to explore the movement of talented employees between and within firms as a way of creating a competitive advantage at the local-global level. I aim to generate insights into global talent mobility through an interview research design. The interview touches on topics like the operation of Fintech, decision making of hiring employees, identifying talent, movement of those employees, and organizations practices toward managing global talent mobility.
