Description
Research question: Do e-cigarettes result in a distinct DNA methylation (DNAm) profile in oral tumour cells?
Aims of the project:
1. To investigate whether e-cigarette exposure leads to DNAm changes in oral tumour cells.
2. To determine whether this DNAm profile is replicated in an existing population-based (SEE-Cigs) study of e-cigarette users.
