Description
This study aims to:
1) Conduct a systematic review and synthesis of oropharyngeal cancer awareness and screening in dental settings.
2) Build on initial consultations through in-depth qualitative interviews with members of the dental team, as well as relevant stakeholders (e.g., patients and commissioners).
3) Work with an e-learning graphic designer to develop an e-learning package on oropharyngeal cancer awareness and screening for dental teams. User experience analysis will then be conducted to improve the e-learning package.
The outcomes from this pump-priming grant will contribute directly to the development of an NHS e-learning for health package on oropharyngeal cancer awareness and screening for dental teams.
