Thinking Sympathies

'Thinking Sympathies' was a day-long workshop on radical approaches to the environment, health and embodiment. I co-hosted alongside Dr Rhian Williams, author of The Poetry Toolkit. It was a day of critical thought and creative writing, prompted by excerpts from scholars and writers (Jane Bennett, Bessel van der Kolk, Kathleen Stewart and Lauren Berlant, and Jane Hartshorn). It was generously funded by a small project grant from the Centre for Modern Studies, University of York.
