This project is funded by Research England under the Enhancing Research Culture funding call. Initially funded for 2023/24, with continuation funding for 2024/25 and 2025/26.

Funding Round 1 (23/24)
Exploring the research culture for professional services staff at the University of Bristol who are doin research. Interviews with key services supporting the research process and an online questionnaire for professional services staff doing research.
Core outputs: Internal report with recommendations; presentation at International Research Culture Conference

Funding Round 2 (24/25)
Core outputs: External publication of research findings and new definition of professional services researchers; Poster presentation at International Research Culture Conference; external blog page; pilot training & development programme; external publication conceptualising professional services research as a sustainable career.
