Using co-production to explore physical activity participation and equitable provisions for neurodivergent teenage girls in Bristol

Project Details

Layman's description

This project explores physical activity participation and community provisions for neurodivergent teenage girls in Bristol. It uses co-production to gain insights into their views on the importance of being physically active and their experiences of taking part in physical activity. In addition, we are gathering evidence on the barriers that can stop participation. We will then make recommendations for more suitable physical activity provisions. We will use the Bristol Approach throughout the project. This will ensure neurodivergent teenage girls and relevant community organisations are directly involved at every step.
