The UK Home Office has recently pioneered a Violence against Women Initiative as part of its Crime Reduction Programme. This research project evaluated five projects within the Multi-Service Project Package which formed one stream within the Programme as a whole. The study included process, outcome and cost effectiveness analysis and evaluated the following projects: Bradford Staying Put, Camden Safety Net, Cheshire Domestic Abuse Project, Northampton Sunflower Project and Suffolk Safety Tools for Practitioners. The evaluation was conducted by a collaborative team including the Universities of Warwick, Sunderland and Nottingham.
