Abstract

Lung cancer screening is being implemented via the expansion of Targeted Lung Health Checks (TLHC), but actionable incidental findings (including low-risk pulmonary nodules) generate additional work and can cause harm. We reviewed the outcomes of incidental findings discussed at Screening Review Meetings (SRMs) in the South-West of England (Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon and Gloucestershire (SWAG) and Peninsula Cancer Alliances) to determine the impact and resource cost of the SRM.
