Abstract
Most of us can point to key turning points in our careers, intended or otherwise. In conversation with Dr Lesly Huxley, Professor Alison Wride, deputy head of the School of Business and Economics at the University of Exeter, describes her “slightly unusual” path into her current role in academic management and leadership.
