This street photo was taken with an Iphone5, in August 2015, a few days before topless women in Times Square were not allowed to model naked and ask for tips. According to Mayor Bill de Blasio, serious concerns were raised about the appropriateness of topless women in Times Square. However, women's response to this ban strongly opposed de Blasio's concern. Women fought for their right to freedom of expression as street artists. This shot represents a "Desnuda' immigrant holding a 20 dollar bill in Times Square. The aim of this photo is to spark debate over the topic of women's rights.
