• Support students’ critical reflection on AI industries and associated sustainability, data security, bias, equity and research integrity issues
• Contextualise AI use in terms of other individual choices with regards to use of natural resources, exploitation of personal data, copyright concerns and societal impact
• Recognise student concerns and raise awareness about various ethical issues around the impacts of AI technologies
