Abstract

Combining spread spectrum modulation techniques with adaptive antenna arrays offers superior interfence rejection for many communication system. In some spectrum systems it is necessary to receive data from more one than one source simultaneously, for example, the Navstar satellite system. An adaptive antenna array for multiple spread spectrum signal sources is described based on wanted signal maximisation. This approach is described based on wanted signal maximisation. This approach requires that synchronised reference sequences can be generated at the reciever and a novel solution to this problem is presented
