Abstract
Roehampton University is no stranger to change - having earlier made the transition from institute to university, and from faculties to schools, the pace of change accelerated with the appointment five years ago of vice-chancellor Paul O’Prey.
Following fast on the heels of a range of support service reorganisations, the current focus is a major academic restructure. Here pro-vice chancellor Chris Cobb talks to Engage editor Dr Lesly Huxley about the challenges of change that impact throughout the university and how a holistic ‘Enterprise Architectures’ approach is helping to address them.
