Abstract

There is a lot of excitement, fear, and lack of understanding around applying innovative educational approaches (education 4.0) and pedagogies, instructional, and curriculum designs (or tailored learning platforms) to align with the demands of industry 4.0. In this chapter, we view how the institution can change its thinking to allow for change itself. New approaches are needed. But without changes to the lens in which we view the process of Practice as Research (PaR), the view will remain the same.
