Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To assess the efficacy and safety of haemostatic drugs (including antifibrinolytics) and topical agents for reducing bleeding, transfusion, and reoperation in adults undergoing cardiac surgery.
