Abstract
_Echoes_ in its original form was a site-specific musical work for the High Density Loudspeaker Array of the Cube at Virginia Tech. Its reworking for BEAST – a very different format of HDLA – was part of a research process investigating 'target specific' rather than 'rendered' approaches to spatial music composition. The work was performed at BEASTopia!, Birmingham, UK, 28 April 2018.
