Abstract

The extraction of the circuit parameters from a fast and rigorous analysis of shielded microwave passive planar circuits is presented for the Spectral Domain Method. The algorithm de-embeds the parameters from the source and feed by making use of known current distribution on the feed line. Examples are given which highlight the benefits of the algorithm.
