Abstract
In this pamphlet, we draw on new research by Deloitte to urge the Government to address the funding gap facing disabled adults. The research from Deloitte indicates that an investment in preventative social care could deliver substantial cashable and non-cashable benefits to national and local government, the NHS, and individuals and carers. This investment would also ensure that we have a modernised care system that promotes independence and prevents people having to enter crisis point to get this vital support.
