In this PDW, the authors propose to analyze (i) how predictors for ethics, responsibility, sustainability, and inclusiveness (ERSI) in management education work in BS operating in regions with different history, background, legacies, and trajectories like those in Latin America, China, and other emerging economies, (ii) how mechanisms act for the engagement of different stakeholders in ERSI in management education beyond the traditional BS based in the Global North, and (iii) how do individual motivations underpin ERSI in these higher education institutions. The workshop will draw on conclusions, experiences, and feedback gained from different studies on the development and growth of women in Latin America; sustainability and social responsibility sustainability; ethics, responsibility, and sustainability in MBAs from emerging economies; and management in emerging economies. There will also be an analysis of varied case studies to provide empirical evidence of the trends being discussed. The objective of the PDW is to analyze this emerging research field from varying perspectives, blazing a trail that will help the development of a strong, self-sustaining body of literature the key trends and challenges facing management education.
