Abstract

Notes Galea v Malta (68980/13) (ECtHR) on whether the expropriation for commercial use of land held by generations of a Maltese family, together with a delay of several decades in offering them compensation, infringed their right to a fair trial under ECHR art.6 and their right to protection of property under ECHR Protocol 1 art.1.
