Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter in a book

Abstract

This chapter considers freedom of association from the perspective of structural injustice using three case studies: delivery riders, garment workers, and seafarers. It identifies some salient issues for trade union rights in light of a structural injustice approach, and then considers some implications for the human right to freedom of association.
