Abstract

Generalized verrucosis (GV) is a rare condition characterized by numerous verrucous skin lesions, potentially affecting the whole skin surface. Often there is an underlying immunodeficiency that predisposes patients to developing systemic human papillomavirus (HPV) infections. Genetic variants have also been implicated, such as in TMC6/TMC8, and this particular subtype of GV is known as epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV). Here, we report a case of GV that has copresented with 3C syndrome.
