Abstract
Following the Advice Needs Analysis report, it became clear that an IT provision for charities who could support their users to access social welfare law (SWL) advice and benefits information was required. Subsequently, I created, administered, and evaluated an £18,000 IT provision scheme to provide equipment and arrange appropriate training. I ran a number of surveys aimed at both users of the equipment and the relevant support workers, to assess the impact of this equipment. This report was presented both to North Somerset Council and to the Cabinet Office.
