Abstract
The chapter examines the key elements of a pedagogy designed to guide young individuals toward democratic leadership and active youth participation. It contends that effective training should encompass the following elements: (1) Knowledge of the historical dynamics of civilizations, particularly their ascent and decline; (2) Skills related to adaptive leadership and organizational capacity; and (3) Fundamental values and principles underpinned in human dignity, democracy, and the common good. Additionally, the chapter offers insights for those engaged in the leadership and management of political parties.
