Abstract

We report on-chip interference fringes of very high visibility 89% from heralded single photons from separate ultra-bright silicon micro-ring resonator sources as 4-fold coin-cidences. The reconfigurable chip is also used to measure multipair fringes and conditional gH ( 2)(0) of single photons.
