Abstract

Showreel is a professional industry magazine in which I wrote about the technical construction of Professor Martin White's AHRC High Resolution, low light Jacobean Project, on which I was technical director. I organised the capture of candle-lit images on High Definition cameras which at that time was a world's first (we had thirty candles on set), plus I authored a multi-angle function DVD was was also a world's first in that the fubnction enabled real-time switching from track to track, (or seat to seat in the auditorium). I also arranged the same function for a small sample on the web which is still a world's first. This DVD is selling on Amazon and has been heralded as a unique teaching tool by the director of schools.
