Abstract
Musical composition for 18 unaccompanied voices (duration: c. 25 minutes), composed for the BBC Singers. The text, specially written and compiled by Gavin d'Costa, combines Latin passages from the Ordinary of the Mass, with material in Turkish, Arabic and Syriac and original poetry addressing aspects of the refugee crisis.
