Abstract
We report on the first integrated superconducting nanowire single photon detectors (SNSPDs) that are optimised for short-wave infrared (SWIR) photons at 2.1μm. The SNSPDs presented in this work are one of the building blocks of quantum information processing with silicon, beyond infrared.
