Abstract
Comments on Cosmos Maritime Trading and Shipping Agency v Ukraine (53427/09) (ECtHR) on whether the fact that the applicant's claim in bankruptcy proceedings concerning a state-owned company was determined in a building owned by the company, and the length of the proceedings, breached his right to a fair trial under ECHR art.6. Highlights questions not addressed involving issues such as the separation of powers and nationalised industries.
