Abstract

The UK Organisational Development group is a long-standing community of practice currently supported by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. Its members are Higher Education professionals engaged in organisational change and development. In this IN PRACTICE we reflect on what is meant by organisational development, particuarly in the HE context and outline some of the tools and approaches to organisational change and development in use or under consideration by ODHE group members.
