Abstract
Building quantum optical circuits with waveguides-on-a-chip networks is a practical route to scalable quantum information processing. We report circuits made using direct-write laser techniques that create high fidelity, 2 or 3-dimensional, fiber compatible quantum networks. (C)2009 Optical Society of America
