Abstract
This article principally addresses how the landmark Mainland China-Macao Interim Measures Arrangement 2022 aligns with the broader legal and economic objectives of both the Macao SAR and Mainland China. The authors assess its ramifications for cross-border legal cooperation and dispute resolution and shed light on its far-reaching implications for companies and individuals engaged in cross-border transactions or disputes. They then proceed to discuss briefly several other recent legislative developments.
