“Recent corrections to the Rotterdam Rules”

The article is drawing attention to the recent corrections to the Rotterdam Rules and provides a brief account of the reasons that had necessitated action by the UNCITRAL Secretariat in the light of criticism directed towards the relevant provisions by academic commentators, as well as highlighting additional provisions that might benefit from a similar clarification.
