Abstract
This 'creative intervention' is constructed from writing and reflection within the Bristol Collaborative Writing Group (BCWG). We have been meeting and writing together for six years, and our intention has been to explore landscapes of memory and identity through narrative and collaborative writing processes. Over that period we have developed relationships and patterns of writing where personal connectivity is hugely valued, yet singular subjectivities are increasingly troubled. Our writing here focuses on a brief period of writing and reflection on issues of memory and 'forgettory' which emerged in response to our friend and colleague, Sue, who recently had memory problems diagnosed.
