Abstract
This paper introduced current typical available dental articular simulators that could simulate border movements of the mandible in harmony with the patient’s masticatory system. Mechanical and virtual simulators are reviewed, and their abilities to adjust and duplicate the patient’s specific condylar movements are stated in comparison. This paper provides a fundamental methodology research for developing a new effective biologically inspired simulator which can be accurately
