Abstract
RFID tag technology has been widely used nowadays. In order to reduce the cost of RFID tag and improve its working stability, a kind of organic compensation circuit is proposed in this paper. This circuit, whose maximum working frequency can reach 14 MHz, integrates organic rectifiers in eight stages and an integrated PUF structure, which can generate a random code that can not be cloned. Each structure has its own code which can be detected from other circuits. A RFID passive tag can be built by coupling these two circuits and antennas. The scheme can be used in sheet⁃by⁃sheet organically⁃processed RFID tags which are integrated on one plastic thin⁃film and can facilitate the design and production of complex full⁃organic circuits.
